2019 e tron brakes and rotor repairs by big o tires...

I had always brought all my other gas cars to big O for tire/brakes/suspension issues. I now have a 2019 e tron with slight "squeeling" sound when braking.

Is big O a "reliable" place for e tron, just for brakes/suspension? Has anyone had their e tron done at big O? Appreciate any feedback. Regards.
