Glad to hear it all worked out for you, and you never know you might end up keeping this one. If there is one thing I have learned after almost 500 cars is that each one had a purpose and those purposes could be as strange as dog carrier, or mid-engine sports car (with no power steering 4C) or scare you to death (my 1 of kind 911), winter fun car (currently my 2022 VWGT! 991 4S 911), I was always able to justify my car purchases that way. For me the RS would have been too difficult to find a purpose for (I have a modified 2021 F pace SVR I gave to my girlfriend last week it has hit 2.9 sec 0-60) since I don't find heavy cars to be enjoyable as sports cars, but the regular GT is going to be my calm out to dinner car (replacing my S class). When I would buy ICE cars, I'd drive them for a month then make a list of what I needed to change then take them apart (I have never cared about warranty I take brand new cars apart my 911 was in pieces for a year and a half) and fix what I needed to, to fit my needs. I don't know what you expect from the GT, but there is very little the GT can't do on public roads that the RS can other than maybe bragging rights. An other thing about owning so many cars is that you have experienced almost everything possible in a car.
