I dropped off mine at the dealership on Thursday. It is still there. According to service advisor, it failed validation during one of the steps of the upgrade and they had to contact Audi for help on how to deal with it. Not sure what this means but sounds like it is not a straightforward update.

I have Android and it never broke. Always worked, but I do have the very latest update on the app
Interesting my Android doesn't allow scheduling timers, but will allow setting charge level. Do you still have access to departure schedules?

Mine kept crashing. It took 3 full days but eventually, yes. Dealership had to engage Audi Engineering team. They diagnosed it remotely and found one previous update (not sure which one) was not installed correctly. After that was fixed, it took a few more hours and they were successful.
