Anyone know to clear this message?

LOL, no way, this is how they force you to go to a dealer for maintenance.

Well, there is one way - if you buy that computer thingy and clear the message yourself or ask a friendly mechanic to do it for you.

Thanks for the info. Just bought it used, guess they did some reset. What’s the computer thingy?

Na all good there, stuck a dipstick in the charging port to check, still topped off!

OBD2 adapter and an app to run it. Carista sells an adapter for about $30 that comes with a 30-day trial of the app. There are others. Since you bought the car used, you first want to confirm that any maintenance has been done at all. Your Audi dealer can tell you if its had any work done at Audi dealers. If an Audi dealer did the maintenance they should have reset the warning, which pops up every year or 10k miles.

Not so crazy or original. When I first got my 2019 etron quattro, it would alert me that I needed an oil change....those Audi software engineers!:)

You need a compatible scanner to clear that. But, after so many miles, it'll come back again.
