As the screenshot below, myAudi App has lost the connection for several days... anyone meet the same issue?

I had the same error a few weeks ago (but with a different error code if I recall correctly), for 2-3 days. It did affect some features, I couldn't see the location of the vehicle for example. And yet, contrary to the error message, the SoC was updated. It's a glitch in the matrix. 
Plenty of threads here on this topi. Audi app is unreliable, at best. I will leave it at that ...

This happened to me a few weeks back. I would recommend contacting Audi to inform them of the issue, then wait for it to come back up. The big pain was that, when the system was down, I couldn’t activate the included Electrify America charging that came as part of the purchase of the car— very inconvenient. After speaking with Audi, they suggested contacting the Electrify America team to ask them to manually start the charger when the app is down.

So far, so not good ... we have been complaining quite a lot here and directly to Audi Germany, no traction on any improvements.
The app appears to have been doing awful things like this since 2019. My brand new 2022 e-tron app stopped working on day 2 of ownership and was completely unreliable for using my EA charging credit, pre-climate, lock/un-lock, location services, etc...
My car sat in service for an entire week and the dealer and even contacting Audi could do nothing. The Service Advisor told me Audi customers have been complaining to Audi for years and years and they just either refuse to fix connected services or cannot.
I gave up after 6 weeks of app and in car connection issues and went back to BMW (all electric i4 M50).
I took delivery of my i4 M50 on 16 April 2022 and to date the BMW app has worked every single time, even up in our canyon with little to no cell service. If I check my app and I am very, very far away...the app connects immediately. EVERY remote command I have sent to my new i4 works in seconds.
Shame on Audi!!! I mean even the crappy Jaguar I-Pace app works more than Audi!

Somewhat surprised to see how bad the app works for some (mainly US customers?).
That's definitely not the case for me.
I know that connectivity ain't always a given.
Even a GPS signal ain't always possible.
That many different devices, both Android and Apple, run different SW versions of the App.
And that the car is new, so new in fact, that some features still need to be deployed.
There's a lot that can go wrong on an individual level.
To deploy new features and update the server side accordingly ain't easy.
I assume they're updating in batches, and when your car (or serverside only) is undergoing maintenance, it would indeed be nice to know. A clear and simple message would make a big difference in this case.
At least if this is what I think it is.
My overall experience is good. I even drove my car out of my garage using the app. Just saying, not (too many) trust issues here. But after reading the forums, I may not take a second attempt. 😅

I think the UI in the app is pretty terrible. But functionally, i have not had many problems. There was one day since December when i got the car that i could not reach the car with the app (northeast US)
My bigger gripe is with the MMI. it's laggy and light years behind Tesla.
