Audi E-Tron GT Production Patent Filing


It's been some time since the last we heard any news regarding the E-Tron GT. It was established that Audi confirmed their plans to launch the production version sometime in 2019. Since then we have only seen unofficial renderings spawn up. Luckily for us, We finally get to see the production version of the Audi E-Tron GT thanks to the Patent Filings through CSIPO (Chinese State Intellectual Property Office). Although, there isn't much depth or color since these are just patent filings but in the end we get a sneak peak of the exterior design.

Audi hasn't released any official specs of the E-Tron GT but the rumor mill has churned up quite a list.

Put it this way...

Porsche has a very limited set of criteria to follow. Not following it (making the Taycan feel like a 911) can render it useless as a Porsche.

Audi on the other hand removes all those limitations
