I was looking to buy an electric SUV, so I tested several models from different brands. Before ordering the SQ6, I also tested the SQ8.
I decided on the SQ6 because of its newer technology and faster charging compared to previous models.
I was probably one of the first customers in Poland, besides dealerships, to order this model—just two or three days after Audi opened the order list.
The car was delivered to the importer in mid-August, but for undisclosed reasons (I personally suspect software issues), Audi only delivered it to the dealership in mid-September.
Now, after a year and 40,000 kilometers, I’m very happy with the car, despite the ongoing issues with the software and the myAudi app. Initially, I had some software problems, but they were all resolved by the service center. However, they kept the car for a whole week to perform what they called a "multi-module update."
Unfortunately, since June, I haven't been able to turn on the parking climate control or auxiliary heating using the app or the timer. The dealer claims it's a software issue, and Audi assures me they are working on it. It’s getting colder and colder, and I can't remotely warm up the car.
Even though the electric car is what I drive most often now, I also have a 4.0-liter V8 with 480 HP, a 3.6-liter flat-six, and a 1.6-liter with over 200 HP.
