Autocar has posted up a first impressions review of the E-Tron and they seem to have come away impressed. They not only reference its elegant design but also how refined the driving experience is. Performance does little to help regular people buy. What helps is knowing their favorite brand now is part of the next big revolution in the auto sector.

That will depend on lifestyles of individual owners and should be advertised as such as secondary information to see how it fits into their life.

Charging times are a consideration as well, but many of the new premium electric offerings are promising 80% in as little as 40 minutes. That should continue to decrease as the amperage of superchargers continues to rise.
