Has anybody changed over their badges to black? Our car has black optic, but sadly has chrome badging. Thinking of changing the front and rear badges to black. I think the front would unclip, but how difficult is the rear to change? Are there holes in the rear for alignment?

the back badges are a challenge- I attempted the rings myself with a heat gun and did end up with some minor scuffing when trying to pry off. There are no guides. I ended up taking my car to a custom shop to swap out the remaining badges given my challenges.

Wow, nice color! I wasn't sure if "black everything" fits in with red paint, but now I am certain that I have no clue 😆
But dayum, that color, and black, - there is definitely something to it 😎

The fronts can be pried out, but I would recommend having a body or custom shop do the back badges. They do these type of jobs all the time and relatively quickly, but if they mess it up, at least they're culpable and not you lol
You CAN do it on your own, but why risk the paint damage?

I use Guitar picks and some plastic prying tools for that, they come off rather quick.
But then, ....I used to work in a Body Shop back in the 80's.:p
