Can this cause a problem?
I tried to take the snow out/off, but I’m afraid to damage The front seems to be completely jammed inside. I guess I would have to park inside parking to remove the snow. It seems to be a lot less efficient with all the snow around.

So, bring the car to the garage. Then use a hair blow drier to melt off the snow and a snow brush scraper to chisel out the snow blocking the bottom grille.

Some incredibly bad advice Never ever jam anything into that lower grill. There's an expensive set of auto shutters in there and an even more expensive radiator behind.
Just go to a hand car wash and gently wash that area out. And maybe stop using the e-tron to plow snow.
