Bumpy and Harsh Ride - Premium Plus

Just got my A6 P+ a few days back and it is really really bumpy. Going over any bump at a speed higher than 5 is jarring. I can feel every bump and dip on the road. Did a ride with 4 people in the car and it was even worse.

I have the 20" all season wheels. The door jamb shows recommended tire pressure as 41F and 44R, when I checked both were 41. I reduced them to 34 just to see if the ride quality changes. It was a really mild improvement.
Any suggestions on settings for improving the ride quality. Would getting higher profile tires with maybe 19inch rims solve this?

I asked chatgpt to look at the pictures and this is what it told me.

From these photos it does look like there are shipping blocks (also called suspension spacers or transit blocks) still installed on the car’s suspension:

The brightly colored orange and green pieces inside the black coil spring (first and second images) are not part of a normal coil-spring/strut assembly.

Normally the spring seats directly on its perch with only a thin rubber isolator; those thick plastic/rubber inserts are used at the factory or during transport to keep the suspension from compressing and to prevent damage or movement while the car is tied down in shipping.

The rear suspension (fourth image) shows a beige bump-stop (which is normal), but the front photos clearly show extra blocks inside the spring that shouldn’t be there for normal driving.
