Your car is riding on low-profile 45/40series 20" tires, so, I would say that's the culprit for its harsh and jaring rides.

Switching to high-profile 55/50 19" tires will increase the comfort and range.

I’d be curious if anyone else has the same complaint. These cars all come with 20” wheels, I think, and professional reviews have all praised the ride and handling. Are you sure they removed the shipping blocks from the springs?

 

Dealer took the car to get it fixed. Seems like it might have been the shipping blocks. Appreciate your response.

I think it rides "euro" is def maybe a bit firmer suspension then my Q5 was but its also holding way more weight. Also the run flats are just firm by default so its a double whammy..

From these photos it does look like there are shipping blocks (also called suspension spacers or transit blocks) still installed on the car’s suspension:
