"Tesla is in talks to open up its Supercharger network to other automakers in Germany, according to the country’s minister of transport." - seems applicable to Germany for now, but if it works there, it will be hard to argue it cannot work elsewhere as well ...

I think in Germany, the government is being quite aggressive in pushing charger installations. It is requireing all gas stations to provide EV charging. Maybe Tesla is seeing the writing on the wall.

With Tesla’s charging system being so vast, it would be good to have access to in the short term. With more EVs coming, more chargers will be built to support them but as of now, the build pace is slow. Let’s hope that can happen here as well.
