charging time

Some, but not all, Q4s have a heat pump for cabin HVAC and battery/drivetrain temperature management. Any interesting charging trends for those owners whose Q4s are equipped with a heat pump vs not?

All Q4s have resistive heaters that can participate, at a higher energy cost, but I wonder what the controller does with that.

I believe all original e-trons have heat pumps.
I've got a Q4 50 with heat pump. Sadly I've never managed to get anywhere CLOSE to the advertised 135Kw (or maybe 150?) that I should be getting. Tried on all typed of chargers, tried using the (terrible) MMI to navigate there to condition the battery etc. but no joy.

Meanwhile traditional e-tron owners are able to pull up next to me, plug in and instantly get 150Kw.

I've tried with varying levels of charge (from 20 down to 5) and in weather that hasn't been too awful.
