Digital Signature lights

You should call your dealer service department and ask to look your car and VIN. They can then look up options that your Q4 shipped with. That is the best way to determine what options your Q4

My door locks were supposed to be operable through the app. I wasn’t notified of that deletion and they were not included. They didn’t explain that and I got zero credit. Some Q4s got Homelink operable through the MMI. I didn’t. When I went to pick up my car, it had $1,000 worth of worthless and overpriced options that were added at the port at the direction of the dealer. They were not part of the purchase agreement that I signed. I found out when I went to pick up my Q4. BMW does not permits dealers to do that to its valued customers. Audi treats its customers like rubbish and does not police its dealers to stop them from preying on Audi customers. Audi really sucks big time.

Something like that would be a deal-breaker for me. Not the fact that something got deleted, but the fact that I was not informed and was mislead.

When I first got my 2023 Q4 there was a option under daytime running lights to change the design of the lights. I no longer see this option. I can turn off and on the daytime running lights, but cannot find the option to change the digital light signature anymore. Has anyone else experienced this? Or any idea how to get this option to come up? I am currently on software version 3812.
