My etrom charger turns off after 3-4 minutes of powering up, any ideas why?

Hi there,

Do you mean the stand-alone charger itself is turning off? Or is that after you plug it into your vehicle? Any specific lights flashing on the charger or vehicle?

As a reminder, to charge the vehicle, it must be in Park, and no charge delay timer should be set.
