I have a 50 KW e-tron from 2020 with 55000 KW. Few days ago, with no reasons, the vehicule did stop to run suddenly and refuse to drive again. After an audi diagnosis, it appeared the forward electric motor was drowned by its own cooling liquid.
The vehicule was always maintained under AUDI shedule and no external circumstances could be attributed to that dead.
The quote done by AUDI Mauritius is about 10K euros and AUDI refuses the warranty coverage.
Does anyone know that kind of issue? Does anyone able to provide me the exact terms of warranty? It seams that it should be covered as it appears like a built issue: there is a strictly similar case for a 2021, 61000 KM in the same week here in Mauritius!
