After revealing E-Tron Quattro model a few years ago, Audi of America CEO Scott Keogh stated that: "By 2030, Audi would like 25 percent of its sales to be EVs, a goal that will only be met by developing more electric vehicles. Audi is still unsure as to what its next electric vehicle should be, though the brand’s CEO confirmed that “there will be more, without a doubt".
In my opinion, those numbers seem too naive. I cannot imagine such a huge EV expansion in Audi line-up so far. As for me, current buyers community is not ready yet for a significant transition from regular cars to EV. 25% of the whole Audi line-up seems unrealistic for me, what do you guys think?
