Has anyone taken their car through touchless car washes?

It wasn't an Audi, but I don't think that matters.
Naturally, some car washes are better than others, but if this kind of risk exists, I am not willing to take it. A self wash costs like $7 and the professional wash starts at $19 at my area, so I am taking that route.
