You might try starting up the car from its deepest sleep state: 1) roll up all windows; 2) get out and shut all doors (including charging door); 3) use the key fob to lock all doors. Click the lock button twice within 5 seconds (Ferry Mode); 4) remove all fobs far from the car and do not access the MyAudi app; 5) wait at least two hours before restarting the car. This sometimes clears out errors or stuff that don't get reset during a "shallow" sleep . If that doesn't work, then it is time to call Audi Service.
