I problem with mine for 3 months

I’ve had NO problem with mine for 3 months.

 

Is this possibly the lane assist feature being on and keeping you inside the lane lines? It surprised me the first few times

 

No, I have that turned off. It's definitely the steering wheel column because if I put my hand on it and press down lightly, it stops. When I take my hand off, it starts again but it isn't constant.

 

Mine started this yesterday a humming yesterday and then the HUD went out. I wonder if yours is headed that way too.

 

I just used my steering wheel heater (for the first time) and had no humming or vibration, although I only went to 42 mph, if you were having the problem below that speed.

 

It’s there my friend. Enough to send mine back for full refund, Reluctantly bought a Tesla model S and there’s no problem. The car is looks are not the same at all but I couldn’t go on with this low frequency in the ears

 

Maybe is coming from the CAP of the dashboard, not the Steering Wheel?

Hi, I recently got my 2nd RS GT and from the first day I noticed strange humming noise coming from the steering wheel area when i’m stopping & moving steering wheel to the left. My local dealer changed a steering column swith complete assembly which didn't resolve the issue. I wonder if you were able to fix your problem.

 

hi is the noise gone ? where you able to get it fixed ? I have taken mine to the dealer and they go through a service bulletin procedure and the noise dissapears for a couple of days but after a few days it comes back.

 

Hello I have the same problem. Took it to dealership and they said they lubricated the column but noise still there. Any feedback ?
