This sounds exactly like my case! Did you get any further updates? Or did you cancel out?
I know that was directed at the other poster, but I'm also having issues with a Tusker order (ordered August 2020!) and still not arrived. Service from Tusker has become marginally better, but helps that my employer had a high level meeting with Tusker to discuss switching to an alternative salary sacrifice provider given issues that I and others have had with Tusker.

Still no sign of the car - now 13 months after order - though!

I've given up on the leasing company and eventually went directly to the dealer... Audi Milton Keynes told me that Audi UK are not taking calls for individual status updates. Every so often Audi UK send out a spreadsheet with updates on cars that are showing some movement. Nothing on my car on the last s/sheet! The dealer also told me that I could cancel out on the car as it was not my fault. Unfortunately I leave within the A406 and I was banking on receiving this car before the extended ULEZ fees come in towards the end of October.

Need to rethink everything now as there is no guarantee that I will get my car before the start of the ULEZ charges (which my current car will face)...

Interesting to be told that the dealership advised individual status updates aren't being provided. I contacted Audi Concierge on WhatsApp earlier and they confirmed the status of the vehicle. For me Audi Concierge have been much more informed of the latest status of the vehicle than either the dealer or lease company (Tusker).

How do I get details of Audi Concierge? And do you then just go by the order number ?

They have a WhatsApp number - +44 113 733 4311.

Just drop them a message asking for an update on your vehicle - they'll need the order number and exact model when you first contact them. As I had ordered through a lease company, for me the hardest part was getting the Audi order number but since then they've been reasonably helpful.

I'm not sure how it is in other areas, but here at my dealer in the US for whom I work for, we will not be receiving any new e-tron deliveries at least until December 2021.

New member here!

I placed the order yesterday here in Canada for a 2022 e-tron 55 quattro. There is currently no firm delivery estimate, I do not yet have a VIN, but the best estimate the dealership can provide is April 2022.

I am not surprised by this, have been on the Q4 list since day one of reservations, but those vehicles are also delayed into the new year. The dealership had a european spec Q4 in for one day for buyers to look at but not drive and I was underwhelmed. After reviewing the equipment levels and a repeat test drive of the 55 e-tron I switched my order yesterday.

So far the only equipment deletion on the 2022 order sheet for Canada is the Audi phone box.

Any other Canucks here?

My car is en route to the UK. It should be at the dealership at the end of December (full 30 days ahead of the original date). Here’s hoping it turns up on time!

Order cancelled! 😂 😳

The company I work for just announced a car leasing scheme that had favourable rates. I’m now getting a 55, instead of a 50, including maintenance, insurance, tyres, and no deposit for less than what I was going to pay for a 50. Very happy, but I’m at the back of the queue again!

Order placed December 6th, delivery date early July 2022 😳😲

Talk about back of the queue!! My 50 was scheduled to be delivered in just under 3 months. My 55 will take 7 months!!

Pleased to say that I took delivery of my Vorsprung today, includes everything it was supposed to have bar wireless phone charging! I ordered end August 2021 so all in all 11 months! Really great service from dealer at Hatfield Audi! Helped to set up the Ap, and shown all the features, and given the card for the charging credit! Relieved and so far pleased with my choices 😊. I hope those waiting don’t have too much longer to go!
