Does anyone know where the LTE SIM on a Q4 is hidden?
Basically I've had the car a week now, the LTE service worked for the first three days and hasn't worked since (The MMI says 3G it should say LTE)
Trying to get any sense out of my Audi dealer is like talking to a brick wall. They keep telling me that the Audi servers are busy because it's (was) the end of the month.
I've just spoken with Audi digital services/MyAudi support team. we've tried various things including a factory reset. Basically the car's connectivity is broken. I'm wondering if it just needs the SIM (if it has one) reseating.
