Hi folks

Can't find this in the free manual which (somewhat unusually) I have read in an attempt to be self sufficient.... What's the maximum charge rate using the onboard AC charger in a UK Spec 55?

From everything I have looked into the 50 and the 55 are both limited to 11kw AC charge at the moment. I did see some articles, cant remember where and you know how hopeless I am at bookmarking LOL, that this might be able to rise to 22kw as its future proofed - whether that's a software/firmware update needed I done know.

I found this on another forum that also mentions maximum 11kw on public AC chargers (page 6).

From my understanding 22kw was going to be an option. In the self study guide https://vwgpaintandbody.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/Audi-e-tron.pdf you need the 'option' that most dealers seem to know nothing about yet of a separate charging circuit sat behind the bumper. Page 102.

Ah Ok thanks. We won't be upgrading anything, it's a 2 year lease. But some locations have 3 phase AC. So 11Kw then.
