I've had this a few times now. I have to lock the car and leave it for a while before using it
It's a good job I wasn't in a rush on any of the occasions!

@rudy, the 12V battery powers the warning lights, all the 12V components, and the HVB. So, when the 12V battery is low, you get the Xmas tree lights.

The picture shows that the HVB is charging the 12V, which reduces the vehicle's range.

Get the following or equivalent

12V battery monitoring system

Noco charger/maintainer. Charge the 12V battery regularly in the garage to maintain its optimal performance.

A battery booster, for emergencies. If you had one of these, you could have pulled over and charged the 12V battery in situ.
