I have had my Etron for about 5 months. I love the car except for its range and charging distance variability. But the worst thing is MyAudi App which I can't get fixed. I have talked to dealer and to
Auburn Hills. They even contacted Germany! Simply, I can't log in anymore or change my password, etc. Does anyone else have this problem?

Did you try to delete the app and reinstall it? A few weeks ago many of us had problems trying to use the EA chargers with the app and the solution was to sign in and out of myAudi online with a computer to get that part of the MyAudi app to work again - you may want to try that too.

Thanks, tmiele. I have tried all of that to no avail. I have an appointment at dealer this week. I have not been able to use MyAudi app for several weeks now. Frustrating!
