Same here, had my 10K service and less than a week later…no connection, no traffic data, and the app won’t sync with the car.Has to be a coincidence, but no sooner than i pull into the service bay to have my 10k Inspection performed and the latest software update applied, the app went nuts with notifications! Literally catching up all the data from the last couple of days.
It was weird to watch ... Like a time lapse video of charging performance, etc.
Oh my! If I could have warned you before buying one of these.I picked up my 2023 eTron suv two weeks ago. The MyAudi app worked for a week and now I can no longer connect to the vehicle through the app. I have reinstalled the app, turned vehicle cellular data off and back on, reset the mmi. Nothing works. My dealership is giving me lots of mumbo jumbo about Apple and The Cloud servers being the problem. This is nonsense. The dealership has no idea what to do.
Is there a fix for this? The Audi forum is full of people with the same problem.
I am Experiencing the same problem now, i use the app to charger pre heat/cool, and now nothing seems to be working i tried everything, i took to the dealer, checked with Audi and they verified my subscription, and the hold time for connect support Is………….. i know people say this all the time, but i wont be buying another electric vehicle from Audi.I am sill having all these issues. This is after calls to Audi connect, Audi customer service, Audi e-tron dedicated support, 3 visits to the dealership service department, calls to sales people. I have had it with this car. PLEASE tell everyone you can. DO NOT BUY one of these. They are awful. Audi does not care, or they would fix it. 6 months of trying is more than long enough!!!!!
Yes, if you check other threads here you will realize that the MyAudi app is incredibly flaky. My recommendation is to DO NOTHING for at least a week. 99.9% of the time the problem is on Audi's side and nothing you can do will affect it. Eventually, it will start working again on its own. Did you ever get a resolution to this issue?Last week, I finally got through to Audi customer service. They apparently had all kinds of technical specialists checking into this problem. Nobody could figure it out what was wrong. They eventually decided that I should make an appointment with the dealership, and that they should troubleshoot the ConBox. If the ConBox needed to be replaced, then they needed to open a TAC ticket. (I don't know what that means). My appointment was today, but mine started working again over the weekend, just like yours. I went ahead and kept my appointment, simply because I want to rule out that the car is the problem. Either way, if Audi knows that there is a problem with the Audi Connect accounts, and just covering it up, that leaves me with a trust issue with Audi. I am anxious to see what this diagnostic shows.
