Sorry to hear about your MMI problems! Before you take it in for diagnosis, you might want to try to do a car reboot from its deepest sleep state (when you turn off the car it actually turns off very slowly, and only to an extent dictated by all the car settings): 1) close all the windows; 2) stop the car, get out and lock all the doors using the Key Fob. Press the lock button twice within 5 seconds to turn off the Motion Sensors (Ferry Mode); charging ports should be closed; keep both key fobs far from the vehicle and don't attempt use the MyAudi app; wait at least 3 hours before starting up the car again.

Thanks for replying, @JNealCox. I did read about trying to put the car to sleep this way but it would be hard to do just because I park the car in an attended garage in NYC. They never lock the car when they park it in the bowels of the garage. I know because I see on the MyAudi app that the car hasn't been parked safely. This is good to know though. Didn't know about the Ferry Mode. Thanks!

The next time you are out for a long dinner or a movie, give it a shot! Make putting your car to sleep a special event.

Just saying hello been an RS driver for 10years decided to order a porsche taycan expected delivery 2024. I have ordered a Audi E-tron GT Ascari blue to see how I get on with an EV Delivery April 2023.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum, and not an Audi owner (yet)....considering a Q4 e-tron. Been a VW owner for years and considering the jump to an EV....just not a fan of the ID.4. Still doing my research into the Q4, but getting a little frustrated on the delivery timeline for Canada.
