Phone calls - I can hear the caller

Can anyone help troubleshoot this? I have tried deleting the device, repairing. Checked all settings and still can’t hear the person on the other line. It’s set to Apple Play. All the other phone features (text, Maps, Spotify etc) work. This happened before and stopped. But it’s been days now and still not working

When you are active in the call have you tried to turn up the volume on the phone and on the car volume ?

As above really plus trying other obvious tests such as playing something that is phone generated other than a caller.

I have just had this happen to me. Was working previously, not sure what has caused it. It took 3 calls before I could hear the caller, they could always hear me though.
