Pod point poor customer experience

I had a problem with the solo home charger a couple of weeks ago. Charging would work for about 20 seconds followed by a solid red light. I called up and they got the unit working again at half speed, 3.5 kW, and told me an engineer visit would be needed (very reluctant to explain the problem).

I then got an email with an appointment I could not be at home for. I clicked the option for cancellation and rebooking. Two weeks and several emails later I have had no response from them. Charging still works, albeit slowly, but I'd like it back to normal to make the most of the cheap rate.

Anyone else in the UK had problems with them?
