Would replacing the 20" oem wheels on a 2025 a6 e-tron with the 19" oem wheels create any unexpected problems (like range calculations, adaptable air suspension issues, etc)? I'm interested in doing this to push the range back up to 392 from 370.

With the proper tire sizing the circumference of the tire on the smaller wheel would be the same. The smaller wheel just needs to clear the brake hardware. Not sure about air suspension calibration.
I was also thinking of just swapping out the Pirelli run flats for some pilot sports. Do you guys think that 245s and 275s would fit on the 20s. Currently it has 235 45 20 up front and 265 40 20 in the rear.
