We purchased a 2024 Q4 E-Tron in early June. There seems to be an issue with the climate control automatically turning on every morning.
We have thoroughly checked the Audi App and there is no climate control settings turned on. Additionally, the Audi service staff did a hard reset of the car and checked the settings for any abnormalities and confirmed it was set properly.
The climate control will turn on regardless of charging the car the night before or not.
We are stuck, and don’t know what our next step should be to address this issue, has anyone encountered something similar or have any potential solutions to offer?
