Hi everyone has anyone heard from their dealer roughly when they expect delivery?

I ordered/reserved July 22nd of 2021 and the salesperson at the dealership I ordered said I was one of the early ones in the Toronto Area.

Every time I ask if there are any updates I hear there is a delay. Apparently, they were supposed to get their demo car in Jan but apparently, that's being held in Halifax.

Freight PDI, A/C tax, and advance disposal fee are mandatory fees/charges. everything else is dealer profit! so negotiate where you can!

are you financing? If so, what rate did they offer? Trade in?

yes I will be leasing.
Swapping my Audi a5 sport back for the q4.
they offered me 7.98% less 2% rate reduction as a current Audi customer. So 5.98% is my rate. If any chance the offering rate goes lower they will honour the lower rate.
They locked the rate and price of q4 when you do a credit application, which was done when I got my allocation

Was this rate confirmed back in December? We did the credit application when we got allocation in Feb. Was told 7.49% after loyalty reduction.

I did my credit app in Feb 2023 and confirmed rate of 5.98% after loyalty reduction. You should try to get lower rate. I’m surprised your stated rate is higher.

I ordered my Q4 late Aug '22 with a $1k deposit........finalised the spec approx a month later adding another $1.5k .......shipped and delivered mid March and picked up March 22........best part of 7 months.

its a 2023 MY and qualified for the $5k fed. rebate

Im also thinking that it could be based on your terms and if you are leasing versus financing.
my term is for 48 month lease. if you are doing similar then your rate should be 5.98% after loyalty reduction.

Hi Everyone, I'm new to the forum and am a proud new owner of a Q4 (komfort/base package). It was sort of an impulse buy, I was shopping around for an EV and the dealership in Vaughan had a cancellation which I scooped up. For those of you with the komfort package, I have a few questions:

1) I noticed you can open the windows with the key fob unlock button, but I can't close them with the key fob. Is there anyway to close the windows with the key fob?
2) In the komfort package, only the driver has power seats. I was wondering if there is memory for this seat so that it automatically adjusts with the key fob. It's a little annoying adjusting the seat after my wife drives the car
3) The dealership only programmed one of the keys as a user. Is there any benefit to have the other key programmed for my wife?

So far I am really enjoying the car!!! Thanks to everyone who has posted on this forum, I have learned a lot over the past week!!!

Have you tried pressing and holding the lock button on the key fob? That should close the windows and sunroof (if you have one). The key fob ‘long press to open windows’ feature can be disabled if you wish in the central locking settings menu in the CAR app on the MMI. That can prevent accidental opening when the key fob is pressed in a pocket or similar.

Memory seats are an option. I’m not familiar enough with the North American packages to know whether or not that is a standard feature of the Komfort package.

Just got mine delivered! Got the sly brackets license plate holder and a black frame so they didn’t have to drill my grille either!

Komfort is the base model for Audi in Canada, so that in the US equivalent would be the Premium version, or for MY23+ it would be just the Q4 with no additional packages.

Roughly speaking for most Audis (and the MY22 Q4):
Komfort = Premium
Progressiv = Premium Plus
Technik = Prestige

For MY23+ Audi Canada moved away from this normal trim scheme with Premium and Technology packages, along with other a la carte options like the Sonos sound, Wireless charger phone box etc.

Car looks great although blocking the cooling vents with the numberplate is an interesting choice.

In the UK we don't get much choice where the plate goes but I guess I wouldn't want to block the cooling vents if I had a choice...

Front License Plate position for Q4

I received my Q4 last week and the dealership said that the front license plate should be drilled and installed directly on the front "grill". The dealership said they would do the install, I just need to bring them the license plate. I think it is a terrible idea to drill into the grill...on...

Thanks for the replies, I got a black Q4. It is too bad you can't close the windows with the FOB, I would find that more useful than the opening feature they provide. How did you program the seats?

If it does, the bracket can be moved one-row slot higher. Doing this leaves the bottom grill slots open for additional airflow.

I just want to add on top of the topic about the federal credit for the Q4. Please go read carefully and you will see that they increased the amount from 60k to 65k so the MY24 Q4 still is eligible for the maximum credit of 5000$. They did the same for the "Roulez vert" program here in Quebec and they bumped the MSRP price eligible to 65K too. Just for reference here is the link:

It's good news, but that's not much of an increase as the Q4 starting price is CA$63,400. Only these two from the Audi inventory, are eligible for the Fed. rebate,
and w/o any option.
