I emailed the CEO address last week with my frustration at July… never mind October! Wish I had ordered the iX3 or the EQC back in December 2021, would have almost certainly had it by now. The price of all 3 cars have increased (not insignificantly) so kind of stuck.

Yesterday (Friday March 4), I received a letter from the leasing company saying the car arrived at the dealership, the car plates are sent and will be at the dealership in 2 working days. What a surprise!
So not only Audi didn't bother telling me, despite (because of?) numerous interactions in the past, it's the leasing company that sent a letter (by snail mail!), and the message arrived faster than Audi ... I e-mailed the dealership to arrange for pick-up and it will be on Thursday morning. I couldn't get more info if the few options I asked will indeed be there but I will check ... crossing fingers ...

Just wanna let you know that you're not alone, I have an order from Sept 2021 as well and have heard literally nothing. Feels like the dealer is just giving me the run-around, but could also just be everyone involved (sales guy, dealership, Audi) being sucky.
Also limited or no connectivity in the car so nothing in MyAudi app working either. Great system!
We are in the same boat. Not updates at all, waiting since October 2021. But new 2023 Q4 coming to the dealer constantly. Why can’t AUDI fulfill the orders? They are not building a trusting brand.

My Audi Q4 was build week 5 so end of Jan 2023, I've now been told there's a delay in shipping the vehicles out from Germany?? (To UK) I've contacted Audi numerous times and they have given me the below excuses.
First excuse - backlog of vehicles to be shipped so mine is waiting to be shipped
Second excuse - poor weather so waiting on better weather
Third excuse - further safety checks being carried out on my car?? Even though its been built since end of Jan 23
Latest excuse - waiting on my vehicle to be released for shipment but can't give a reason why its not released or when it will be released

When di you order yours as i ordered mine exact model in Jul 21!!
There are delays at every stage it seems! My car was built in week 2. It finally arrived in UK on 23d Feb, delivery due this Friday (10th March), so 8 weeks from build to delivery. After 16 months of waiting this last bit has seemed quite quick 😂
Have you created users in the car? My app wont send me battery state and charge state if my wifes local profile is active.

Not a paid option?! lol 😂 so what does the extra cost of ‘Edition 1’ over ‘S Line’ pay for if it’s not the extra standard equipment at that trim level?
When the wireless charging was removed from the configurator back in July 2021 Audi reduced the price of the Technology pack to compensate. So this time they should reduce the price of the Edition 1 trim to compensate.
Or, if not a price reduction then they should be offering you something extra in return such as the comfort and sound or technology pack included for free!
The car is now connecting in general now so the traffic and other functions are working inc the MyAudi app so possible to pre-heat the car this morning. I think it's a recurring general Audi issue. Only using the one user so far.
I "bought" it in Jan-22 but the car had already been ordered in '21, Oct or Nov I believe. Crazy that you're waiting since July 21, just poor allocation by Audi of who is next in line.

Why am I not surprised ! It's not like you ordered the Sport and asked where the pan roof is or something. Lot of people left with a sour taste in their mouth here !
Audi has mishandled their troubles in a manner much worse than BMW and MB. Treating valuable customers like rubbish does not inspire brand loyalty.
When I paid cash for my Q4 eTron, the purchase agreement that I was expected to sign included a clause that I could not sell my Q4 for 12 months after purchase. The Finance Manager said that this was an Audi requirement! Now I know why. Audi didn’t want the US market flooded with recently purchased Q4 eTrons sold by disgruntled new owners. With that clause Audi could treat captive Audi Customers like rubbish while fleecing other naive Q4 shills for 12 months.

Just joined so I can share in the disappointment of fellow Q4 order people! Edition1 ordered in November '21 - Had the build date moved several times and now no build date showing in the system so no indication as to when I might get it! Audi dealership don't seem to be able to offer any useful information or insight!
Not cancelling yet as I've waited this long, but with the recent price falls on the Model Y and the fact they can be secured in a few weeks, it's tempting....!

In the same boat but mine was ordered October 21 and is allegedly WK41. But I will believe that when I see it !
A few of us fleet drivers are waiting to see options from our employers. I have already asked about Model Y. Last time I checked Birmingham Tesla had plenty in stock ready to go !
