I haven't had the issue with the radio but it happens frequently with Spotify via CarPlay.

 

You can try to disable the "online station monitoring" setting in the MMI to see if the problem goes away.

has anyone had the radio keep pausin, I mean every 40 seconds or so!
also had the audI dash cam fitted but it doesn’t connect to my phone, the factory password seams to be wrong?

Not enough information. When you say pause I assume you mean the sound cuts out. For how long ? Does this happen with streaming media ?

 

Where are you? Poor coverage - just a thought.
