Hi, I've had my E-Tron GT for a couple of months now and I've noticed at the top of dash on occasions the charge logo with how many miles I've got left is highlighted red. I've read the manual and looked online but can't shed any light as to what the red relates to

Assuming that the virtual cluster behaves the same as in the Etron SUV, this indicates which mode you are in. When you hit the left/right buttons on the left on the steering wheel, you will see that color change.

This confused me too when I first got my e-tron. Audi seemingly chose random colours for each of the horizontal tabs along the top of the display when they are selected. They chose red for range, which normally in user interface design is used to show errors or warnings. But it is neither of those things in this case. Just a colour.

Yes it is very strange, I thought it was a warning of some sort which I why I was keen to clarify it on here. Thanks for your help!

I wish they would not pick red color. This is wrong in so many ways. Red is usually indicative of danger / serious warning. I got concerned as well when I got into eTron the first time but quickly figure out that the color moves with left/right buttons and screen selector.
