I use one that's very similar on my 2019 e-tron too. You can switch off the nag in the MMI settings, or just change it to a short beep. Sometimes, but not very often, I get a message saying my phone is too hot and to remove it from the wireless charging compartment in the centre console. I think charging whilst using a combined bluetooth and wireless connection produces a lot of heat.
