Has anyone picked up an E-tron GT lately and managed to get hooked up for the 3-yr free charge from EA. My dealer told me I needed to enter a 10 dig code that was on the Audi Connect tag attached to one of the keys into the car's user interface....Users = Set key user = email/vehicle code. As I have just picked the GT up, I was well aware that no code was attached and now the dealer is saying that "they will look into it". So perhaps Audi / EA are changing the log in process or something more drastic? Looking back at other threads that discuss this service some folk seem to have got the free charge by entering the numbers on the charging station, but had they already entered this code or were just not prompted to do so...his option does not even seem to be available when I go through what seems to be the appropriate steps for activating the free charge.
