Had my 50k service last week and they performed the Battery Safety recall. I was told it would take 3 days, and that there was a large SW update as well as testing of the battery cells. None of my cells needed to be replaced but there have been changes since. I have charged the car twice since the service. Both times I set it to charge to 80% and the app indicated both times that my charge was complete at 80%. When I got in my car both times it read 84% and had a range of 225 miles. I live in Orlando Florida. The weather has been the same the last 2 months. Before the update i was getting 223 range estimate on 100% charge and more like 176-180 for an 80% charge. So far tracking my mileage and I'm actually getting better than the range estimate of 225! My KWh is at 3.2 and was usually more like 2.7 before the update. Anyone else seen something like this?

I had the same thing, got 84% charging when set to 80%. My update was done in several hours and I was told everything was fine. A few days later got an electric malfunction warning and I need a battery module replacement. Have been waiting several weeks as there are no parts in US. Fortunately have a loaner but frustrated.

Well, it was too good to be true. The increased range I experienced after the software update has gone. Numbers dropped to what I am used to since I got the car 4 years ago. Now at 69% with 158 miles remaining.
