Sorry no answer to your q as i dont have mine yet, but do you get track info with your radio stations? or do you need to press an info button or some such.

 

Yeah - it'll show track info and artwork, I assume it's the station providing it.

 

I don't think it's Q4 problem, I use DAB in mine less often as I play Spotify mostly.

However, we have a variety of vans in use at work, Vauxhall's Peugeot's, VW's and Ford's and the DAB drops out quite a bit in them.

I'm in the West Country/Cotswolds Region.

 

I think in the Radio setting, there about three different screen display options, but when you select the specific station it will display that kind of information.

This is purely anecdotal but I've never had DAB drop out in my A3 etron in the 3 years I've owned it, until last week I went out twice in a week and it could barely hold signal. I was panicking there was something up with the car, but maybe there's a wider issue/something causing reception issues?

 

That's interesting. Solar activity or some other weird weather perhaps!!
Whereabouts do you live?

 

No issues with the DAB reception as yet. I've tried a few different stations and they've all been ok. I'm in the East Midlands area FYI

 

Just to update on this. It turned out to be interference from the dash cam’s rear camera cable. I rerouted it away from the antenna and my dab reception is a lot better now.
