Looks good, looking for ward to seeing what the edition 1 looks like with the blacked out front bumper and sills.

 

Here you go. I think I prefer the non-blacked out S-line version actually. Or maybe it's the 20" wheels.

 

Im hopeing the edition 1 in black looks better in the flesh to be honest, as that's what i've ordered. Dosnt look great in the picture but i think it might be the angle of the shot.

 

Given that I bailed out on an Edition1 and plumped for an S-Line, I'm wary of the lighter coloured grille, I prefer the Black. The shame with trying to choose cars and colours with such a new model, is that there aren't enough cars around to view, so you have to rely on computer images.

No doubt I could get it painted if I wasn't keen on the standard grille.

 

I was pricing an S Line Q4 50 Sportback but by the time I specified the extras I wanted such as the extra safety and adaptive suspension (among others) it was actually cheaper to get an Edition 1. Then I had the problem that I do not like the edition 1 styling and colour options (or lack off). So in the end I just went with a vorsprung trim In my preferred colour.

I am getting it through a salary sacrifice scheme and felt that if £30 per month was make or break then I shouldn’t even be looking in the first place.

That looks sharp… shame I vowed I'm never buying another black car unless I have a full time employee to try and keep it clean

 

Navarra blue is fairly dark, but there's also a very significant, and beautiful, pearl highlight effect in bright sunlight. It's the color my wife now wants after seeing it in person on a Q3 at the dealer on a sunny day and I don't think we would have been interested without seeing it in person.

 

At the risk of really de-railing the **** out of the black paint thread, I'm kinda fascinated by this and also just realized that while I can't see a Q4 in Navarra Blue in person, it's available on other models so maybe I'll just swing by the dealer and have a perv at one.

Did you have someone sitting in the car, to achieve the lights on photo?

 

I'll get some snaps of my edition 1 Mythos Black, got the 21" wheels looks far better in the flesh than anything on the Audi site or some of the videos posted over the last few months.

Just needs a good wash but the weathers horrendous at the moment.
