I had night vision on my Taycan build.

 

In the USA, the only example of Night Vision in an Etron, that I know about, was when it was included on the original Launch Edition of the 2019 SUV etron quattro 55. If that is a "must have" feature, look for a used 2019MY Launch Edition.
