Hi,

I've used park assist for parallel parking, works really well.
Is it possible for it to back out of a garage too? I have a really tight garage, and it would be sweet if I could just stand outside and watch it do it's thing.

You need to have your phone paired to your car and you need to have the My Audi app setup.
You need to be standing relatively close to the car, either just outside your garage or inside and then you can walk out with it.
When you are close enough, open the app and click the "Park Assist" button. That will bring you to a new page in the app which will guide you through the process. If everything is working together is should be pretty easy. Good luck!

Okay, so I’m hoping someone here can either help me or clarify how it’s supposed to work.
I’ve been able to connect via remote park and successfully pull the car out of the spot while standing outside the vehicle.
However , within the app it shows multiple arrows which I believe indicate the direction you want to turn the car while pulling it out of the parking space.
however I’m only ever able to get it to go straight.
When I try and go back to the initial page that’s asks you to choose which direction (obviously always starting with straight) it does not allow me to go back to the page to choose say left or right.
My only option is to exit the app and try and restart the turn from last place the car was then I tried to go back to the previous screen.
Is this an issue with the app, my underground garage, me?, or is this normal and you can’t turn the car out of a spot with remote park, despite the arrows seemingly implying you can.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
