Just started the process of ordering a new Q4 but haven't been given an indication of lead time yet. Has anyone ordered a Q4 recently and been given a delivery date? If so how long have you got to wait?

I have a Q4 Vorsprung which was pushed back to Wk 18 '23 but just had a call from the dealer to say it's been brought forward to Wk 1 now... anyone else heard of sudden improvement in build weeks?

Yes just now. WK14 to WK1 status 20. I was worried they meant 2024!

And just received an email from Audi to say it's being built. Should hopefully have it first week Feb, so 16 months.
I think they may have been giving the very long lead times to meet expectations and then bring them forward instead of always pushing the date back. Either way some communication would have been nice, if not expected!
I ordered a Q4 SB Vorsprung at the end of November 21, typhoon grey + heat pump, are you getting exactly what you ordered? I have heard nothing from my dealer other than a few weeks ago on passing they said 'no update'.
Just received the same email! Bizarre, I've just bought a 2nd hand Discovery Sport to keep me going until June/July but wouldn't have bothered if I'd know it was about to be built.

Question for anyone using PCP or HP here.
What information did you get from your Audi dealership re the financing? I'm assuming they are honouring any financing that was negotiated at the time? I've noticed that the cost of finance has went through the roof in the last 1yr+ (on the calculator, the APR has almost doubled, on top of price increases etc.)
Has Audi tried to pull a fast one with anyone and tried to increase any costs at the last minute?

Ours is on a personal lease. They honoured the price and monthly lease fees that were agreed upon at time of ordering without us even asking.
I would have refused any increases if we got into it. Our model is £6k+ more expensive to order now, not to mention interest rate increases. Would have made it unaffordable for us.
Mine is PCP, ordered July '22. The dealer has confirmed that the prices are locked in after your agreement is signed and will not be affected by current market price changes
Not so sudden for me, was due January (ordered Jan 22), now getting it on Thursday😁

Do you know what you confirmed build week was?
No, ordered via Lex, all I ever got was delivery due Aug 22, then Jan 22, then a phone call from Audi Slough to arrange delivery.

Wow, desperate for us to cancel mate, definitely..!
I’m Vorsprung 40 (Oct 21). Emailed today for update, no change. Still unconfirmed June 23..
Probably tell me a week before they can’t supply a Vorsprung. Given they aren’t selling them now which is concerning. What will I get then is the question…?
Well, I spoke to my Fleet manager and said "what are the options as this is a pile of $*%#"
He said that stock is coming through and that all Sport models due in March are in stock now. I'll check with one of the guys who is waiting for one of those
He said he may lease me a Sport while I wait. I said "no thanks, I'll keep the Ioniq 5"
Really not interested in this Audi any more but work don't want me to cancel

Given that a couple of us had similar spec cars with June '23 build weeks suddenty brought forward hopefully the same will happen for you in the next few days!
If you google Audi new car location. Slough Audi have a White or Blue Edition 1 with no extras

Picking mine up on the 29th 🤞 had the call today. Ordered jan 22 40 sline c&s with heat pump ,leather and ambient lighting.
