Agreed.

Todays issues are with app to car. I can remotely turn on climate - but I cannot unlock/lock remotely.

And the 'apps and smartphones packages' page is still down. I guess till someone fixes Monday.
The smart phone package has been down for a few weeks now. I guess they are thinking they will solve all with an update
 
I had a similar issue. As a work around try refreshing the Audi app until you get the correct charge showing. Then go into Ohme app Ohme app select charging on the bottom and then pull down and refresh just after you have done the Audi app to try and get them syncying again. I have to do this weekly.

Yesterday I lost all my screens for a few moments. Left the car and then came back and they were on again.

What ever they are doing back end it’s affecting the customer every day now. They now need to do the recall and update all cars with the new software unless they are not confident in it.
Thanks…. Never knew about the pull down refresh thing….. it worked, and has now become my new favourite thing on all apps….”every days a school day”😂. I’m sure if I ask the teenager in my house he would have been all over it!!!

lol everyday is a work around day! The other option would have been to remove the Audi API and charge by +% this is especially handy for a multi EV Household.

Again it the lag or communication with the App that is the issue.

I should also see how the new software has worked on our friends in Germany. So far its had a few hiccups. Again with conflicting info about what's contained in the Update.
 
I have had a new MMI update in the last 48 hrs. It seems to have created all sorts of issues. Most I have worked through, reset comms, re linked accounts etc, but I’m left with my charger cannt see the car battery at all. I agree this feels like a crap app link . I’m with octopus intelligent and Ohme pro by the way. It’s very frustrating, but the upshot is the charger always thinks I’m at 0% when I plug it in and creates a schedule that starts pretty much straight away on the cheap tariff … so it’s not all bad..
Anyone else in a similar position that have solved this issue?
I've had the same issue with 0% since i got the car. But as you say, it means you are allocated lots of 7p slots during the day, so I'm definitely not complaining!
 
Me too. In brackets it says 28.11.24, which is inline with what Hppy has been saying.
 
I dropped my car off this morning and the software update was added to the job list. They weren't certain how long it would take. It says 3 hours on their system, but they said it may take 1 hour or longer the 3 hours.

it should be 3 hours if it goes smoothly, then you should get an notification from myAudi to tell you about digital key after the update
 
Had the message yesterday… booked in via the app… call from Local dealer just now, booked in for a few weeks time… interesting to see the feedback from anyone after they’ve had it done before me…

That's good to know. Hopefully it's not all buggies! It would be good to get a few new features too.
I'm up to 1,140 miles after my trip to Sussex at the weekend. Although I was getting the traffic sign warning, it didn't seem to have any effect on the adaptive cruise.
I've seen a few of the other faults listed, but mostly, they don't effect the way the car drives or the day to day use.
You can chose an option in the setup that the adaptive cruise follow the traffic sign, in the basic primary settingit is not automatically there. It took me a while to find out it but now it works fine ! Good luck

I’m living in Belgium and got the warning telling me to call the dealer mentioning 06XM. I wonder if all goes smoothly as I’m travelling abroad in a couple of weeks
The update fixes many things but there may well issues unresolved. It doesn’t fix everything. Are you planning to take the car with you and use it ?

That is the plan … now feeling uncomfortable about it.
What issues has your car currently displaying? I think you shouldn’t read too much into to others issues unless you are experiencing them and try not to let it damper your confidence. The update resolves many issues that most people have on a day to day basis.
