You could have ordered the "black optics" pack which is exactly what I did. On some markets a "black optics plus" pack is also available which I find a bit too much for my taste.
Though just like you I thought to not pay for the black optics and later have the parts I choose painted at a car-paint shop. That idea did not stick long enough because I'd prefer no one to mess around parts that have sensors attached on them.

I would never accept an painting job on the assembled part.
I think the Q4 front grill -done by a professional car-paint shop- doesn't seem to be very difficult to disassemble. Center camera and radar keep untoched.
I must think what to do. Of course, it is not possible to reconsider the order at the moment.
You can find the part in ebay. The price is really high. I guess even more expensive in Audi.
