Once again, Audi etrons currently can only charge at Tesla Supercharger MagicDock stations, for which you do not need an adapter. You can use an L2 adapter to charge at Tesla Destination chargers.

Well, it could be argued that of course you need an adapter, it just happens to be tethered to Tesla’s Magic Dock charging stations.

But it is worth repeating that no other adapter will function at this time. Which won’t stop some retailers from trying to sell you one. 🙄

I checked around my area and none of the Tesla Stations have a magic dock I need to purchase a separate adapter, I also noticed the charging rate was expensive but I saw on the app you can pay a monthly fee. I haven't used Tesla yet I'm getting information at this stage so I don't know if the $14.99/month membership equals unlimited charging or it's a fee to get a discount off the .49 cent/kw fee. I don't have an adapter as a backup item because I want to make sure I get the right one for my car. I have a 2022 Audi RS Etron GT.
