Turning off wokshop mode

I had to take my car into a body shop to replace the broken rear center light and since the car was returned I cannot access the driving data from the myAudi app.
The option is inactive and a message is displayed: “You cannot use this service because you don’t have the necessary rights or workshop mode has been activated”.
Is there a way to turn the workshop mode off without visiting the body shop again?

I’ve just checked it on my daughter’s android tablet, it is greyed out there as well and the app has not been updated since June. So it must be some server issue. Do only thing I don’t get is why it still woks for the majority of people?
