I noticed the MyAudi app hasn't been able to update my vehicle status for the last few days. Anyone else have this issue? I'm wondering if this is an Audi server issue or an isolated issue. I tried calling the customer service line but was on hold too long and gave up.

I'm really hoping I don't jinx myself here but my app has worked twice today for climate control. 🤞
The app is very likely working for most Audi GT model owners in the US.
Just give it a little time!

exactly. Hadn't had any issues with the app for the past 5 weeks and of course today, it's not working at all. I know my car is actively charging but it's saying that I'm not connected and won't refresh any information beyond 18 hours ago. tried to shutdown and restart but no luck there. Valet mode would not catch the other night while I was out at dinner. This app is truly substandard for the level of product that we've paid for. Apps have glitches but at minimum it should be fairly easy to get a hold of customer service to help resolve the issue or at least inform what's going on.Just give it a little time!

Picked up my Q4 on Tuesday. App would not let me add my car but did a few hours later. I was then not able to activate my trial but it let me a few hours later.
Today, slowly, none of the Connect Plus features are available. No satellite maps, traffic light info, send destination to car, etc.
I head to the app and there are parts of it that are not working and were commented on in another thread. Those items (car not updating and Warnings and Information not providing information) are still not working but now the marketplace is completely down at least for me.
When I called the wait time was 100 minutes. I was near an Audi dealer so went there and was told "It's down"
I am new here. Is there one general Audi App thread? If not, should there be with a sticky / pin? I think with the rebate a lot of new e-tron owners will be showing up and unaware about the app issues. I barely used the app as a Q3 owner but it's painfully apparent how many issues are in the app now that I rely on it more as a Q4 owner and it might be nice to have a central location to merge threads into, etc. if there isn't already one.

Oh I know. It would be a lot of thread merging but it would be nice to have as much content as possible in one location.

Where do I find the vehicle key code?
With my 2019, the key code came on a little plastic strip with the key fobs. The Audi agent wrote it down on an "information card" for me. I think Audi may have changed how they handle key codes since then, however. You shoul contact your Dealer.

I have the same issue on my RSQ8, I have asked them and they don't have an answer. This was my first Audi and it will be my last. Go get a Porsche.

I have this problem since 2021 on my Audi RSQ8. I am disappointed with Audi, this was my first Audi and it will be my last. I have no idea why I chose this junk over Porsche.

What they will actually do is deny significant problems exist. They will lie. They will play games until they think you have given up.
I speak from personal experience. I will never purchase another new P-car.

Well, 5 months in an I am having the issue for the first time. No connectivity from the app to the car (for me or my wife) for 24 hours. Darn. I'll give it to the end of the day (when I can dig around and find my vehicle key cod fob, I hope I did not leave it in Maryland) then try the @Grayblack process.Just give it a little time!
I would give it a week. 99.9% it the time the problem is on Audi's side and there is nothing you can do about it. Just as it stopped, it will start working on its own.

I am having this problem. Have 2023 Q7. App status is three days old. All started when I tried to get satellite view back. It is toggled on, but won't load it. Navigation system is really buggy. Was routing me in circles and directing me to make u-turns away from my destination. Luckily I knew where I was going. App is also telling me my trunk is open (it is not), and gas levels all wrong.
I am unable to refresh and update. It is frozen in time with my stats from three days ago--May 8 2023
